It is well known that Spring can trigger anxiety. There are many explanations for this. Which one is really to the point, is difficult to say.

Which one is right? Nobody probably knows with certainty. There are many factors that influence the individual in Spring.

Many people get nervous and cannot fall asleep. Others get tired and they cannot explain where this fatigue comes from.

There is this special energy in the air. It is an energy of expectancy.Many people think that in Spring everything will change. Will it change for the better or for the worse? Expectancy may also be a fear. Change always triggers fear in people who are anxious. The Spring energy is full of hope. After Nature awakes from sleep, Spring brings up new plants, a lot of flowers and of blossoms. For some people
Spring is the season that brings allergies. Pollen is flying around. Allergies are not very pleasant. They can really have a heavy toll on people. For allergic people a certain anxiety is justified. On the other hand, allergies are a physical reaction that can be cured with the aid of energetic psychology.

People who are tired in Spring, are probably disturbed by the rising energy that disturbs them. They need vitamins or fresh food in order to get going.

Spring means new life. Will it also mean changes? For anxious people changes are always a source of danger, of the unknown.

There are people who expect anxiety to surge in Spring. You can only explain to them that whatever they are waiting for, will turn up. If they are able to change their attitude and expectancy and are able to think that Spring is a gift of Nature that they can embrace with gratitude, maybe that their anxiety will vanish. Do not take it for granted. Anxiety is hard to die. However,, you can help people who suffer from anxiety by explaining them that anxiety is energy in the wrong place and that they can let go of it and send this energy back to nature. The energy will not get lost, it will just be transformed. If people who suffer from anxiety, whether in Spring or in any other condition, understand the concept of energy, they take a big step towards their healing.

Anxiety in Spring is not an unsolvable condition, it can be an invitation for sufferers to take another step in the right direction that means into a life without anxiety. Without anxiety in any season of the year.  Elisabetta Reist
