Anxiety Cures - Is There Any Way to Cure Anxiety Forever? PDF Print E-mail
Written by Mary Mark O Adams

You may have heard about panic attacks from friends or family members and laughed them off, until you experienced it for yourself, at this point all you are thinking about is how to cure anxiety attacks! Research indicates that most people will experience at least one panic attack in their lifetime. The reasons are not always clear but the results are often the same; one attack begins an insidious cycle that sufferers have a difficult time breaking. First, let's examine what an anxiety or panic attack feels like... then we can talk bout anxiety cures.

Attacks

Anyone who has had a panic attack will tell you it is the most terrifying experience you can go through. The body, for unknown reasons, sets off a chain of reactions geared at preparing you to fight or run for your life. Adrenaline and other hormones course through the body causing several physical symptoms. Of course, you are not aware of why your body is reacting this way, because after all you are not facing a wild lion or imminent death you are simply having dinner! All you can be sure of is the physical symptoms you feel which can include:

  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
  • Heart palpitations
  • Vomiting
  • Extreme fear
  • Irritation
  • Severe claustrophobia

The Cycle

Once the first attack hits you it sets you on a path or cycle if you will, in which you fear having another panic attack, which in turn sets one off. With each successive attack, your fear can increase which increases the frequency and intensity of your anxiety attacks. This is a horrible merry go round to be on and getting off will take a drastic anxiety cure.

Traditional Anxiety Cures

Anxiety cures have been around for quite some time but most of the time they are in the form of medications, therapy and relaxation techniques. These are not necessarily bad for you, but often times they only work slightly or temporarily. For example, if your anxiety cure is dependent upon serious drug therapy what do you think will happen if you quit taking the medication? You guessed it, anxiety and panic will likely return.

Other anxiety cures will teach you how to deal with the attack once it begins which will increase your confidence levels enough to enjoy public outings again. Deep breathing, relaxation, therapy and meditation are all powerful tools you can use; however, you must realize they are not a definitive cure. In order to finally and completely be rid of your anxiety you need to break the fear cycle and rid yourself of general anxiety.

Panic away is a great product on the market today that offers panic sufferers some real hope for anxiety cures. Inside this program are the keys to breaking the cycle and dealing with general anxiety in your life. You can find relief from symptoms with traditional treatment methods but when you want an all out cure you may have to look beyond conventional medicine to a program that has helped tens of thousands be free from anxiety.  Mary Mark O Adams
