Stress and anxiety...few people know how to distinguish between the tell tale signs that you may be suffering from one or the other. There are several different "tell tale " signs that your body will give off, something like sensations, that can be a early warning signal to an oncoming anxiety or panic attack. Furthermore, looking into a person's past can identify certain experiences that can unconsciously trigger an anxiety or panic attack.

Despite what you may think every day there are dozens of people who experience a panic or anxiety attack and write it off as being nothing. Their inability through simple ignorance or just not being informed about some of the warning signs of anxiety or panic attacks can be very detrimental. These people are have stress, anxiety and even panic attacks but are unclear as to how to handle the situation in the best manor. Not knowing how to deal with these sudden attacks will only guarantee that these attacks will continue to go on until you make a change.

Here is the first set of preliminary questions that you can ask yourself to determine if you have some symptoms of Stress and Anxiety?

• Do you have a fear getting stuck in traffic, on a bridge or at a red light when driving?
• You constantly feel uncomfortable in enclosed spaces i.e. the movies, taxi cab, or in a car?
• You get very nervous and on edge about situations that would not have bothered you in the past?
• You constantly struggle with anxious thoughts that you cannot control or make stop? -
• You ever feel nervous all the time?
• Your afraid you might lose control?

If you answered yes to at least on one of the questions above then you could be suffering from stress or anxiety

Here are 7 bodily sensations that you need to look out for as a early warning sign to stress and anxiety attack:

• Obsessive worries and unwanted thoughts
• Racing heart with tingling sensations
• Dizzy spells leading to panic
• Hot flushes followed by waves of anxiety
• Tightness in throat or chest/shortness of breath
• Not feeling connected to what is going on around you
• Overwhelming fear that the anxiety will push you over the edge?

If you have experienced any of these signs and symptoms in the past, no matter if it was a year ago or several years ago, then you most likely were experiencing anxiety and/or panic attacks. This can be become a very cumbersome thing to worry about; and eventually you can grow to obsess about it. Always worrying what will be the next environmental factor to set your stress or anxiety episode off. Johnathen Zeggler
